Paul is a Principal with DBR Group. He specializes in the design, funding and administration of health and welfare benefit programs for employers and Taft-Hartley Trusts. His areas of expertise include postretirement benefits and absence management, and he has worked with employers to develop strategies to contain costs without compromising competitive positioning in those areas.
